"Delta" H.V. Flash Tester are made heavy duty, keeping in mind long term reliability.
Rating are 0 - 5 kV @ 100 mA. Trip current settings can be provided as 25 mA - 50 mA
- 75 mA - 100 mA OR 10 mA - 25 mA - 50mA- 75 mA. As an option, a timer can be provided to test an object for a preset time.

CAPACITOR CHARGE / DISCHARGE TEST PANEL

Most of the capacitors used in the lighting industry are hand made, esp. the metallization of electrodes . The qualitiy of these capacitors change from batch to batch." Delta" has developed a test panel with high discharge currents (up to 10 kA pulse) to test the capacitors samples cyclically for a specified duration. If during this test, any capacitor short-circuits; a lamp- inside the panel will light up. After the test capacitors have to be tested for their impedance by passing the current at rated voltage This is a destructive test; all the capacitors tested on this panel have to be destroyed afterwards & not to be used.
